LABFIT gas fittings are designed and developed to meet the requirements of modern lab and are specifically for use with special gases and burning gases.

Materials

All LABFIT wgas taps are made solid brass pressings alongside high quality brass tubes, both closely monitored by the quality control department to ensure problem free machining.

Construction

Brass parts are CNC machined to close tolerances to ensure product quality and are in line with international standerds.joint are brazed using 40% silver, giving strength and enhancing appearance.
Quick connect coupling is available upon request as nozzle option. Needle valves are available with fixed serrated nozzle in accordance with DIN 12898 and are suitable for internal bore rubber tube.

Operation

LABFIT Offers different types of gas fixtures: Slowly open/press & turn/needle/drop key for burning gas.

Headwork & Handle

All LABFIT gas fittings uses brass PTEF needle headwork with non rising spindle are fitted as STD to give fine control when needed. Other headworks are ceramic push turn for used with fuel gases.
Handle (Knob) are ergonomically designed and injection molded in chemical resistant high grade polypropylene in International standards color code

Testing

Each & every LABFIT gas fittings undergo state of the art hydrostatic testing 10 bar (145 psi) & push /turn operation 15 bar (218 psi) to ensure product quality and leakage free operation.

Coating & Finishing

LABFIT gas fittings are high gloss epoxy powder coated as standard, resistant to most chemicals, other finish such as chrome are available upon request.
